Biography

Warren Cook is an Assistant Professor of Management at The College of Saint Rose. His research interests include the ethics of firing employees for off-duty behavior, restorative justice, and third-party perceptions of mistreatment. His work has appeared in the Journal of Business Ethics and has been presented at the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management.

Warren has taught courses on organizational behavior, corporate social responsibility, business communication, negotiations, and organizational development. His courses are built around active learning exercises, case studies, roleplaying games, and class discussions. Warren also advocates for making business education more accessible through open-access educational resources, and has served as educational consultant for the YouTube series Crash Course Business - Soft Skills.
